Dr. Seuss' "The Grinch" -- with Benedict Cumberbatch voicing the part of the green grump in the animated adventure -- is the No. 1 movie in North America, earning $66 million in receipts, BoxOfficeMojo.com announced Sunday.

Coming in at No. 2 is "Bohemian Rhapsody" with $30.9 million, followed by "Overlord" at No. 3 with $10.1 million, "The Nutcracker and the Four Realms" at No. 4 with $9.6 million and "The Girl in the Spider's Web: A New Dragon Tattoo Story" at No. 5 with $8.015 million.

Rounding out the top tier are "A Star is Born" at No. 6 with $8.010 million, "Nobody's Fool" at No. 7 with $6.5 million, "Venom" at No. 8 with $4.9 million, "Halloween" at No. 9 with $3.8 million and "The Hate U Give" at No. 10 with $2 million.
