Rapper A$AP Rocky was attacked in an elevator in New Zealand early Thursday morning according to a TMZ report. The report states that the rapper and a group of women were confronted by three men in an elevator at the Pullman Hotel in Auckland at around 3 a.m. after claiming the elevator was full. The men responded by attacking A$AP Rocky, reportedly punching him in the face as he attempted to protect the women. Witnesses said the men were later seen in the hotel shouting obscenities directed at the rapper and on 35-year-old New Zealand man was apprehended for resisting arrest in relation to the incident. A$AP Rocky commented on the altercation on Twitter where he referred to it simply as a "Lil scuffle" along with a photo in which no apparent injuries can be seen. He is set to perform as scheduled at the Hordern Pavilion on Thursday night.
