Marti Noxon, an Emmy-nominated writer producer and director who has worked on "Mad Men" and "Glee," has earned an multi-year, overall deal at Netflix.

Noxon will be producing new programs exclusively for Netflix with the streaming service receiving a first-look option on her feature projects, the company announced on Monday.

Noxon will be serving as a producer on her Netflix output through her production company Tiny Pyro.

The president of Tiny Pyro, Maria Grasso, has also moved to Netflix.

Noxon was a creator-showrunner on "Sharp Objects," "Dietland" and the first season of "UnREAL."

She has also previously worked on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Grey's Anatomy" in addition to "Mad Men" and "Glee."

Netflix highlighted its excitement for Noxon's arrival on Twitter Monday by posting a photo of the television creator.

"Who can resist the allure of Netflix?" she said in a statement.
