While taping "The Oprah Winfrey Show," Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston disputed recent rumors that she and actor Vince Vaughn have split up.

The 37-year-old actress reportedly told Winfrey during Wednesday's taping that despite persistent rumors to the contrary, she and the "Swingers" star have not ended their relationship, People magazine reported.

That report was reinforced Thursday when actor David Arquette, husband to Aniston's former "Friends" co-star Courtney Cox-Arquette, told listeners of the Los Angeles radio station STAR 98.7 that the Hollywood couple was still together.

"That is complete horse doo-doo," the "Scream" actor said of Aniston's rumored separation from the 36-year-old Vaughn. "It's so funny, they say stupid things like, 'Why'd Vince leave?' or something like that. And the answer is because he's doing a movie! I mean, come on people!"

People magazine said that Aniston, who is due out in theaters in the film "Room 10," also told Winfrey that while the break-up rumors are not true, recent engagement rumors are also false.
