The Samuel L. Jackson-Ryan Reynolds action comedy "The Hitman's Bodyguard" is the No. 1 movie in North America this weekend, earning $21.6 million in receipts, announced Sunday.

Coming in at No. 2 is "Annabelle: Creation" at No. 2 with $15.5 million, followed by "Logan Lucky" at No. 3 with $8 million, "Dunkirk" at No. 4 with $6.7 million and "The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature" at No. 5 with $5.1 million.

Rounding out the top tier are "The Emoji Movie" at No. 6 with $4.4 million, "Spider-Man: Homecoming" at No. 7 with $4.3 million, "Girls Trip" at No. 8 with $3.8 million, "The Dark Tower" at No. 9 with $3.7 million and "Wind River" at No. 10 with $3 million.
