Rapper Fredo Santana reportedly has died at his Los Angeles home following an apparent seizure. He was 27.
TMZ said Santana's girlfriend found him dead on the floor of his house around 11:30 p.m. Friday.
The Chicago native -- who is the cousin of hip-hop star Chief Keef -- was hospitalized in October for liver and kidney problems, and he has candidly spoken about his addiction to lean -- a sweet drink made with promethazine with codeine, and known to trigger seizures.
Spin magazine said no official statement from the rapper's family or cause of death have been released yet.
Santana is known for his records It's A Scary Sight, Trappin Ain't Dead and Fredo Kruger 2.
