Jillian Beyor volunteered herself to compete alongside the geeks and unknowingly had her fate taken away from her.

The 22-year-old model from Northfield, NH who currently resides in Miami, FL became the third Beauty and the Geek fifth-season contestant eliminated during Tuesday night's broadcast of The CW reality series.

On Monday, Jillian talked to Reality TV World about why she doesn't think Beauty and the Geek's fifth-season twist took away from the show's "social experiment" mantra; which geek she would have liked to be paired with; why she thinks one of the geek's confusing instructions contributed to her ouster; and what she currently has on her plate.

Reality TV World:  How were you cast for Beauty and the Geek?

Jillian:  I had done a show for [World Wrestling Entertainment], and they said that they thought I would be good for Beauty and the Geek.  They showed [casting] my pictures and they gave me a call.

It's something that I always wanted to tryout for and they were actually coming to [Miami, FL].  I couldn't meet up with them because I was away for something, but I sent in a tape and they said they liked it.

Reality TV World:  You just mentioned how it was something you've always wanted to tryout for.  Why was that?

Jillian:  I like the show.  I thought it had a good concept and everything.  I thought it would be a cool thing to do.

Reality TV World:  What attitude did you take in approaching the competition?  Did you come up with any sort of strategy?

Jillian:  (laughing)  No.  I think I should have had a strategy.  But I didn't really have a strategy... I should of, but I didn't.  I think I just went in there and... I don't know.  I don't know. (laughing)  I don't think I had a strategy.

Reality TV World:  What was your reaction when host Mike Richards revealed you'd be competing as beauties versus geeks?

Jillian:  I think it kind of caught me off guard.  I was going into it thinking that there was going to be partners and I was going to get to know my partner and we were going to be working together.  So when it was beauties versus geeks, at first I was kind of disappointed because I was looking forward to the partners.

But it was okay.  I think that by having beauties versus geeks we got to know all the geeks instead of just maybe one if we had just a partner.

Reality TV World:  Did you think the twist took away from the show's "social experiment" mantra?

Jillian:  Maybe a little bit, but not really.  It wasn't like it was beauties versus geeks and we were ignoring the geeks or something.  If it was like that then that would be bad.  But I don't think it was like that because all of the beauties were still helping out the guys and still working with them.

Reality TV World:  If you had still been in the competition when the remaining contestants were placed in pairs, which geek would you have liked to have been partnered with and why?

Jillian:  Probably Jason since me and him had gotten the closest in the house.  We were pretty close, so probably him.  If it wasn't him than maybe Tommy or Jim.

Reality TV World:  Is there a reason why you were close with Jason?

Jillian:  I think just our personalities.  When he started talking I could tell he was from New York, and I had just lived in New York for the summer and I absolutely loved it.  So that's kind of like why I started talking to Jason -- I heard his accent -- I was like, "Oh my God!  He's from New York!"  That's when we started talking and we just got really close.

Reality TV World:  Were there any geeks you didn't think you'd work well with?

Jillian:  Umm... I'm not really sure.

Reality TV World:  Okay, what about the other beauties?  Were there any that you butted heads with?

Jillian:  I mean there was a couple that I didn't really care for. (laughing)

Reality TV World:  Like who?

Jillian:  Probably Randi and Leticia.

Reality TV World:  Any reasons why?

Jillian:  Randi was just loud and Leticia, we would just catch her in lies and always would think that she was manipulating.

Reality TV World:  Why were you the beauty who was chosen to be traded to the geeks during last Tuesday night's episode?

Jillian:  I actually volunteered to go to the guys' side.  I did not think that... I was thinking that I was just joining the guys' team.  I didn't think that if I was joining them I would automatically be sent home if we didn't win.

Reality TV World:  I'm assuming you wouldn't have volunteered yourself had you known that.

Jillian:  Definitely not... I wish that I didn't choose the guys' team now.

Reality TV World:  It seemed like Joe's confusing instructions during the football game really cost the geeks.  Do you blame him at all for your ouster?

Jillian:  No.  But in the beginning, they had made him the team leader or whatever.  He does know a lot about football, but thing that was the problem was he knows a lot about football, but he was telling us specific plays to do.  He was using football terms, which -- I don't think it was just me, I think it was a lot of the team too -- we don't really know football.  So we didn't have any idea what he was talking about.  He got a temper when we were not doing a play right, but I don't even know what these plays are.  I don't even watch football.

Reality TV World:  Was there a specific point in the football game where you felt defeated?

Jillian:  I went into it with a positive attitude -- but then pretty much in the third quarter, we were losing pretty bad.  The guys... I was like we're going to lose.  I'm going to go home. (laughing)

Reality TV World:  What was your mood when the score was final and you had been booted because of the loss?

Jillian:  I was really sad and really upset.  I didn't want to go home.  I wasn't ready to go home.  I wasn't ready at all to go home.  I didn't want to go home that early.  I was really sad and upset.

Reality TV World:  Do you think the way you were eliminated was unfair?  You had already survived the elimination room once, were you confident you would have been able to do it again if that would have been the case?

Jillian:  I would rather go home with at least a chance than just be sent home automatically! (laughing)

Reality TV World:   Do you think participating in the show really had an impact on the way you look at other people who are different from you?

Jillian:  I don't think I ever really got to know people like [the geeks].  So yeah, now I think that if I do see someone who's quiet or seems awkward, I think I'll definitely try and make them feel more comfortable.  Those guys were really sweet and nice.

Reality TV World:  Do you think the show taught you anything about yourself?

Jillian:  I think that I made some really good friendships on the show...

Reality TV World:  Personally speaking, which pair do you think has the chance to go the farthest in the competition and why?

Jillian:  Umm... I think... I guess I would have to say maybe... Let me think.  I'm not really sure.  Maybe Jason and Kristina.  Tommy and Amanda.  Tommy always does well in the challenges.

Reality TV World:  So what's next for you?

Jillian:  I actually have a shoot coming up for Playboy but I'm not really supposed to talk about it.  It comes up at the end of May, so I'm excited about that.  I have a website too, and it has all the things that I have coming up.
