Ghost Hunters, a reality series that follows paranormal "ghostbusters" and real-life plumbers Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson as they investigate hauntings and bizarre occurrences and challenge skeptics across the country, premiered its third season with six episodes that were originally broadcast last fall.  In March, Sci Fi announced six more third-season episodes of Ghost Hunters would begin airing in late spring/early summer, and would be followed by six additional new episodes in the fall.

Sci Fi also plans to broadcast its "second annual" Ghost Hunters Live Halloween night special on Wednesday, October 31, which will allow home viewers to follow a live investigation and report their own paranormal sightings via a "live interactive panic button."  Ghost Hunter's fourth season is scheduled to premiere in 2008 with a 13 episode run.

Following the premiere of new third-season episodes of Ghost Hunters, Destination Truth -- a new reality series that investigates some of the world's unexplained stories -- will make its debut on Wednesday, June 6 at 10PM ET/PT.  In addition Sci Fi Channel announced Derren Brown Project -- a new reality series starring British mentalist Derren Brown -- will debut on Wednesday, July 25 at 10PM ET/PT immediately following Who Wants to be a Superhero?'s second season premiere at 9PM ET/PT.
