'Survivor: Pearl Islands' attracts its largest audience yet, draws 22.20 million viewers

Airing versus a repeat episode of NBC's Friends, the December 4 broadcast of CBS' Survivor: Pearl Islands dominated its time period as it drew season-high ratings and was the evening's most watched program.
According to the final Nielsen ratings for Thursday, December 4, Survivor: Pearl Islands episode drew 22.20 million viewers, a 12.9/20 households rating, a 8.1/22 rating in the Adults 18-49 demographic and a 9.8/23 in Adults 25-54..
For the night, CBS was first in viewers (19.33m), households (11.8/19), tied for first in adults 25-54 (8.1/19, with NBC) and second in adults 18-49 (6.7/17).
