An unidentified woman recently filed a police report with the Los Angeles Police Department claiming Green, formally known as Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, is guilty of sexual battery, however Green has denied the allegation, TMZ reported.

While the incident reportedly occurred at a restaurant in downtown LA, Green told TMZ, "Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else."

Green reportedly added that he hasn't even been to the restaurant in connection with the case in the last three months. A source close to the singer and songwriter also told TMZ, "I have never seen Cee Lo act in a physical way toward anybody."

According to additional sources, detectives have already checked out the restaurant and questioned its manager and a few employees. However, results of those discussions and specifics on the alleged sexual assault incident remain uncertain.

The investigation reportedly still continues and no charges have been filed against Green thus far.
