Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval allegedly admitted he had sex with Raquel Leviss in her car while his girlfriend of nearly a decade, Ariana Madix, was mourning her dog Charlotte's imminent death.

In a teaser clip of Vanderpump Rules' upcoming Season 10 finale airing Wednesday, May 17 on Bravo, Ariana reveals to co-stars Katie Maloney and Scheana Shay how she found out about Tom's six-month affair with Raquel.

"I went with Tom to Tom Tom because he had that party thing. I found a screen recording of them on FaceTime," Ariana, 37, claims of Tom, 40, and Raquel, 28, in the promo obtained by People.

"It was literally from the night before. He was at [Tom Schwartz]'s."

Schwartz's ex-wife Katie asks in disbelief, "He was at Schwartz's doing this?"

Ariana goes on to explain how she called Raquel on the phone and demanded answers.

"I called Raquel and I started like, making her f-king tell me, like, 'What the f--k? When did this start?'" Ariana recalls. "[Raquel] said, 'Right after the girls trip.' I'm like, 'You mean right after Charlotte died?'"

Footage then flashes back to seven months earlier, when Ariana cried about having to leave the girls' trip early because Charlotte wasn't going "to come back this time," presumably from her vet's clinic.

Ariana then tells Katie and Scheana that when she confronted Raquel, Raquel admitted she and Tom had "kissed."

"Well, later that night," Ariana continues, "when we were out here, I pressed Tom. And he said, well, they actually f--ked in her car that night."

Ariana's co-stars are clearly stunned by the news, with Scheana's jaw on the floor. One of them vents in the clip, "Shut the f--k up!"

But there's more!

Ariana explains to the women, "And [Tom] didn't have a key to get in so he had to ring the doorbell and I had to let him in."

A speechless Katie responds, "I'm... no," and then Ariana reveals, "My emotions were clearly all over the place and he was angry at me. Angry -- at ME!"

Vanderpump Rules' finale is set to air Wednesday at 9PM ET/PT on Bravo, and the show's three-part reunion will kick off on May 24.

Tom and Ariana appeared to break up in early March after his affair made headlines.

"[He cheated on Ariana more than once] with someone else -- if not many else. Who knows?" Scheana recently said on her podcast. "That will be [discussed] in the finale."

Scheana also alleged that Raquel has no remorse about going behind her best friend Ariana's back and sleeping with Tom, whereas Tom "has a lot of regrets."

"[Raquel] was, like, sociopathic. It was very bizarre to just see someone cry so hard over a pageant and not ruining their best friend's relationship," Scheana claimed.

Raquel and Tom, however, both issued public apologies for their actions in March, although they were spotted together several times after filming the Vanderpump Rules' reunion on March 23.

And then in mid-April, Raquel checked into a treatment facility to check her mental health.

"Raquel had planned to admit herself before the [Vanderpump Rules Season 10] reunion was taped," Raquel's representative explained, adding how Raquel did not seek rehab for substance abuse.

"She was scheduled to go in pre-reunion but decided she wanted to finish her filming commitment. Bravo and production were aware and in support of her journey towards better mental health."

For her part, Ariana has been spotted, multiple times, packing on PDA with fitness coach Daniel Wai in the aftermath of her breakup with Tom over his betrayal.

Daniel posted a sweet photo on May 3 of the pair holding hands while they celebrated his birthday in New York City with a dinner date. Daniel and Ariana also attended a New York Yankees baseball game together on May 2.

Ariana and Daniel dating rumors sparked last month, when the couple got cozy and partied together at Coachella on April 16. Two days later, Ariana was seen kissing Daniel at the Los Angeles airport before he flew back to New York.

A source recently told Us that Ariana is "definitely open to seeing where things go" with Daniel but she "isn't totally ready to jump into a serious relationship."

Lala Kent said of the potential new couple, "[Ariana's] like 'Heartbreak what? Like, I'm solid. I'm banging a fine-looking man.'"

Lala continued on the April 26 episode of her "Give Them Lala" podcast: "She's looking at everything] like, 'Look at my life. I'm happy.' She said [to me], 'Wow, I don't have anxiety anymore. This is strange.'"

Meanwhile, Tom told TMZ in late April that he was "really happy" to see Ariana doing well and moving on with her life from their failed relationship.

An insider source told Us on March 3 that Tom and Ariana had been "having problems for a while." The insider claimed the pair's relationship "only came to a breaking point" the day prior to their split on March 1.

But Tom claimed he officially broke up with Ariana on Valentine's Day in February.

Tom also shared on the April 11 episode of the "Howie Mandel Does Stuff" podcast how his romance with Raquel started with a kiss in August 2022 that felt "magnetic."

"I felt something that I hadn't felt in so long emotionally," Tom explained.

"The feelings were something very, very strong. Those feelings that I had started to take over in a sense. Logic went out the window. Because I wasn't experiencing that [with Ariana] -- I hadn't experienced that [before]."

Tom claimed that he had attempted to break up with Ariana once he realized he had strong feelings for Raquel.

"Like many relationships, it felt like it became more of like a best friends, family [thing] -- sometimes roommates," Tom continued.

"There were a lot of ways where the relationship was just lacking the intimacy, the connection. We would travel more by ourselves than we would together. I would go to weddings by myself."

Tom said he was seeing and FaceTiming with Raquel "as often" as he could," even though that "sounds horrible."

"And Ariana didn't even notice because that's just how separate our lives were," Tom claimed. "I had to actually tell her, 'How have you not noticed how distant I've been lately?'"

Lisa Vanderpump teased to Extra how the reunion is going to be "very long," adding, "I think they could do three, four weeks of it [because] there's so much stuff that goes down."

Lisa said she believes viewers will be satisfied with the footage that airs of Tom and Raquel's affair as well as Ariana's reaction to it.

"There [were] a lot of feelings that needed to be worked out," Lisa explained. "I can't say it's the end of that story. Maybe it's just the beginning of another one but... it's complicated."

Bravo executive Andy Cohen also called the reunion "really confrontational" in late March. He teased that "nothing was left unsaid."

Ariana joined the cast of Vanderpump Rules in November 2013, and then she and Tom announced they were officially dating during the Season 2 reunion that aired in February 2014.

Raquel began dating James Kennedy in 2016, and the pair got engaged in May 2021. However, the couple broke up in December of that year.

Raquel proceeded to go on dates with Peter Madrigal in Summer 2022 before hooking up with Tom Schwartz, who had split from Katie during August of that year.
