Lace Morris has opened up about her "crazy" behavior on The Bachelor and what she regrets most.

Lace opted to leave the show before the season's third Rose Ceremony during Monday night's episode. She told Ben Higgins she just wasn't being herself, and in order to love anyone else, she needs to learn to love herself.

Lace made a guest appearance on Bachelor Live hosted by Chris Harrison last night and discussed her decision to dump "the best Bachelor ever," according to the majority of franchise fans.

"Since the show, I think I've been making a lot of progress. I have. I'm really proud of it," Lace told Chris, adding that dealing with the reaction to her edit was difficult at first but she's recently received therapy.

When a caller asked Lace what was the craziest thing she did while on the show, the 25-year-old real estate agent from Denver, CO, replied with a laugh, "Ugh, really? I'm not crazy."

"Drinking too much?" Lace said on a more serious note. "I definitely drank too much."

Lace also revealed she regrets her "foul mouth." She didn't realize she had such a bad "potty mouth" until the show aired.

"I've already started [working on myself] since I've been home from the show. I'm taking a step back from drinking, obviously, and just focusing more on my career and just knowing my self worth and that my insecurities, you don't have to worry about those. You know, I'm better than that," Lace explained. "[I] definitely did [learn a lot]."

The social media sensation confirmed she quit The Bachelor for two reasons -- and one of them happened to be the lack of spark with Ben.

"I think seeing [Becca Tilley] and him kiss was just the icing on the cake, but I didn't get any time with him that night, and I knew that continually, I was just not being myself. And it was just getting worse and worse and worse, so I was like, 'I think I need to go because this is bringing out the bad side in me,'" she said.

"[And] I just didn't feel a connection and I think my breaking point was that conversation after him kissing Becca, and I said, 'Nope, the connection is just not there.'"

Bachelor Nation has been applauding Lace for her courage to leave, being "real" and having great self-awareness. Since she is "real," a caller asked Lace which bachelorette was the most genuine in her intentions with Ben, and she insisted Joelle "JoJo" Fletcher.

Hopefully Lace has gotten her act together, because Chris desperately wants to see her on this summer's edition of Bachelor in Paradise. Chris gave her an official invitation, but Lace said she's not sure if she wants to do it -- that she'd definitely have to think about it.
