Well after nearly four years worth of comments about how badly he wanted to "snuff Richard's torch" (get your minds out of the gutter people), Survivor host Jeff Probst finally got his wish. Hope it was worth the wait Jeff.

"Bamboozled" by the six other members of the newly reconfigured Mogo Mogo tribe into thinking that he had successfully countered Colby Donaldson's plan to oust King Richard in Mogo Mogo's first formal tribal council, Richard Hatch became the fifth contestant and third former ultimate survivor to leave the Survivor All-Stars competition.

Episode 5 opened on the thirteenth day with the three tribes being tasked with building a raft that would be crucial for the upcoming Reward Challenge. Showing once again that construction is not his forte, Rupert Boneham engineered a rather pitiful catamaran for Saboga, while Mogo Mogo choose to simply keep the bamboo lashed as it was, and Chapera appeared to focus more on christening their construct more than anything else.

During the Reward Challenge, Mogo Mogo's lazy man "cigarette boat" cruised to an apparent easy victory, while Rupert's engineering designs once again failed his team and led them to a last place finish -- and the "dissolution" of Saboga. After a couple of rounds of "pick'em," Ethan Zohn and Jerri Manthey had joined Mogo Mogo while Rupert and Jenna Lewis were now new Chapera members, with Ethan drafted by Mogo Mogo at Colby's urging so that the Mogo members could "control" the former Survivor Africa winner's time in the game.

When the time for the Immunity Challenge came around, Chapera rolled to an easy victory in the balance beam/flag run challenge, capped by Rob Mariano's "victory lap"-like run at the final flag.

As Mogo Mogo faced their first "real" tribal council (Jenna Morasca's previous quitting not withstanding) Colby made clear his scheme to change the tribe's earlier decision to first oust former Saboga's Ethan and Jerri before turning on themselves and instead allied with Ethan to oust "cancer" Richard. While Richard thought he had effectively allied with the Mogo women and thwarted Colby's attack by turning the target back on the Texan, he found out otherwise when they got to tribal council and he was ousted in unanimous 6-1 vote.

Episode 5's correct alternate bootee prediction lifts our Survivor All-Stars prediction record to 4-0-1. In Spoiler Island fantasy game action, last week's 24-way tie for first place has been broken and only three players remain tied for first, although 15 other players trail just behind them at only 250 points back. Congratulations to all. And if you haven't signed up yet, there's still time -- sign-up now.

So what happens next week? Does the She-Devil bare her horns at the Colbster? Does Sue tee off on Jeff Probst for some previous baring? Does Rupert use the old "provider" trick to impress his new Chapera tribemates? And will Ethan grab the spear and become Mogo Mogo's new fishing ace?
