The former America's Next Top Model fifth-season finalist was arrested for disorderly on Monday in New York City after getting into an argument with a woman at a local Starbucks, TMZ reported Tuesday.

Scullark was reportedly at the coffee shop when she picked up a laptop computer she claimed to have believed belonged to a relative.  However it instead belonged to the unidentified woman.

When the computer's owner asked for it back Scullark got upset and cussed at the women, continuing to insist the computer belonged to a family member.

She was subsequently arrested and issued a court summons, according to TMZ.

Scullark finished third during America's Next Top Model's Fall 2005 fifth season, which was won by Nicole Linkletter.
