The former Big Brother ninth-season houseguest -- who was first arrested April 18 and charged with assault and battery after he allegedly attacked his pregnant fiancee -- was arrested again on April 20 for witness intimidation, TMZ reported Tuesday.

McDonald's fiancee alleges the former Big Brother houseguest and his family members intimidated her and her family members in the two days following his initial arrest, according to the Winthrop Police Department's incident report obtained by TMZ.

The unidentified fiancee also claimed she began to feel frightened when McDonald called her four times in 48 hours from jail.

He was arrested after police determined he may pose a serious threat to the girl.

The 26-year-old from Charlestown, MA is due back in court next month to face the original charges of assault and battery against his fiancee, who is approximately 10 weeks pregnant.
