Bethenny Frankel's divorce from husband Jason Hoppy is apparently going to be a contentious affair.

Hoppy and the Bethenny Ever After and the former The Real Housewives of New York City star, who filed a summons for divorce from Hoppy in New York earlier this month, are reportedly going after the exact same things in court, TMZ reported.

Hoppy has filed his response to Frankel's legal documents regarding their divorce and both parties are allegedly seeking primary custody of their two-year-old daughter and child support.

Both Hoppy and Frankel reportedly want the other to pay for medical and dental insurance and foot the bill for related expenses. Hoppy is also reportedly asking Frankel to name himself and Bryn her life insurance beneficiaries, while Frankel wants Hoppy to maintain his own life insurance policy for her and Bryn's benefit.

The couple will also be fighting for "exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence," according to TMZ, a perk they both want. In addition, an alleged bitter and resentful Hoppy is looking for Frankel to pay his accountant and lawyer fees.

Frankel initially announced and Hoppy, her husband of nearly three years, were separating in late December. The estranged couple met in November 2008 and got engaged 11 months later. They wed in March 2010 when Frankel was seven months pregnant with Bryn.

According to Us Weekly, the couple's split was caused by ongoing issues that escalated due to "gender roles" and couldn't be resolved with time or effort.
