Bethenny Frankel has responded to criticism after igniting a controversy by posting an Instagram photo of her wearing her four-year-old daughter's clothes, which fit her.

Frankel, who also previously hosted her own Bethenny syndicated daytime talk show and appeared on The Apprentice: Martha Stewart, recently posted a photo of her sporting her daughter Bryn's tiny Hello Kitty pajamas.
"This is my daughter's nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we're ready to start sharing clothes yet?" she captioned the picture on Instagram.
Frankel's decision to show off her very thin frame led followers to question whether she's promoting a healthy body image and potentially setting a bad example for her child.
