Vanderpump Rules has teased a major confrontation between Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix in a trailer for the upcoming Season 10 finale.

On Tuesday, Bravo released a clip of Vanderpump Rules' Season 10 finale episode that will air Wednesday, May 17 shortly after a different version of the teaser appeared online.

"You may think you've seen the #PumpRules finale trailer... but only we have the real thing," Bravo wrote alongside the video on Twitter and its official Instagram Page. "THIS is it."

The preview begins with Tom, 40, talking to co-star Scheana Shay about his affair with Raquel Leviss, which lasted for over six months and resulted in Tom and Ariana Madix ending their nine-year relationship.

"I was going to break up with Ariana regardless," Tom explains.

"But you didn't," Scheana, 37, says. "You f--ked her best friend instead."

Tom then appears to break down into tears as he seeks comfort from his business partner Tom Schwartz.

"I sacrificed everything," Tom says in a voiceover. "And now my world just got turned upside down."

Tom, trying to defend his romance with Raquel, explains, "I felt something I hadn't felt in a very long time."

But Schwartz appears pissed off and disappointed in his friend.

"Jesus Christ, man," Schwartz laments.

The trailer proceeds to show Tom addressing the scandal with Ariana, 37, directly after she learned about the affair.

After Tom says he and Raquel were "really good friends" before sparking a romance, Ariana explodes and shouts in reply, "I don't give a f-ck about f-cking Raquel! Your friendship is f-cking bullsh-t."

Tom screams, "No it's not!"

And then Ariana counters, "Yes it is!"

"You don't know everything!" Tom insists.

Tom later appears to admit there was "another time" he was unfaithful to Ariana, who is asked flat out if she and Tom are "an item now."

Ariana's response isn't clear, and then footage flashes back to Tom and Ariana's fight, with Ariana confessing, "I regret ever loving you."

Tom ends up consoling Ariana, who says hiding her face in shame, "It turned out so horribly wrong."

At the end of the preview, Kristen Doute -- who got fired from the show in 2020 for a racist prank -- returns and asks, "You ready?"

Kristen previously dated Tom from 2007 to 2013. The former couple broke up after Kristen found out that Tom and Ariana had kissed during a trip to Las Vegas.

Most of Vanderpump Rules' tenth season was filmed before Tom, Ariana and Raquel's love triangle, but after the affair came to light in March, cameras began rolling again.

A source told Us Weekly on March 3 that Tom and Ariana had been "having problems for a while." The insider claimed the pair's relationship "only came to a breaking point" the day prior to their split on March 1.

Raquel checked herself into a treatment facility for the sake of her mental health last month in the aftermath of her highly publicized and scandalous affair with Tom. Raquel's representative told Us that the Bravo reality TV star checked into rehab, but not for substance abuse issues.

Tom and Raquel both issued public apologies for their actions in March, but they were spotted together several times after filming Vanderpump Rules' Season 10 reunion on March 23.

"We're really good friends. We are not putting any label on it," Tom reportedly said on the April 11 episode of the "Howie Mandel Does Stuff" podcast.

Tom also shared how his romance with Raquel started with a kiss in August 2022 that felt "magnetic."

"I felt something that I hadn't felt in so long emotionally," Tom explained.

"The feelings were something very, very strong. Those feelings that I had started to take over in a sense. Logic went out the window. Because I wasn't experiencing that [with Ariana] -- I hadn't experienced that [before]."

Tom claimed that he had attempted to break up with Ariana once he realized he had strong feelings for Raquel.

"Like many relationships, it felt like it became more of like a best friends, family [thing] -- sometimes roommates," Tom continued.

"There were a lot of ways where the relationship was just lacking the intimacy, the connection. We would travel more by ourselves than we would together. I would go to weddings by myself."

Tom said his communication with Raquel was frequent and their connection was pretty strong.

"I was seeing Raquel as often as I could. I know that sounds horrible," Tom admitted.

"And FaceTiming her all the time. And Ariana didn't even notice because that's just how separate our lives were. I had to actually tell her, 'How have you not noticed how distant I've been lately?'"

Ariana joined the cast of Vanderpump Rules in November 2013, and then she and Tom announced they were officially dating during the Season 2 reunion that aired in February 2014.

Raquel began dating James Kennedy in 2016, and the pair got engaged in May 2021. However, the couple broke up in December of that year.

Raquel proceeded to go on dates with Peter Madrigal in Summer 2022 before hooking up with Tom Schwartz, who had split from Katie, during August of that year.
