Penultimate 'Survivor: Pearl Islands' episode draws 22.4 million viewers

With its two-hour finale set for broadcast on Sunday, December 14, the December 11 penultimate episode of Survivor: Pearl Islands attracted the program's best ratings yet, drawing its largest audience and placing first in viewers, households, Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54.

The December 11 episode of Survivor: Pearl Islands drew viewers 22.40 million viewers, 200,000 more viewers than the edition's previous largest audience, accomplished one week earlier. Additionally, Survivor: Pearl Islands dominated its time period in households (12.8/20), adults 25-54 (9.8/25) and adults 18-49 (8.2/23). Survivor won both half-hours in households, viewers, Adults 25-54 and Adults 18-49.

This is Survivor's most watched Pearl Islands episode and the night's second highest rated and second most watched program, behind CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, which drew 26.81 million viewers.
