Joe Millionaire... or Joe Cheapskate? Evan Marriott busted for highway toll evasion

He may act like a guy who just inherited $50 million on TV, but he doesn't always pay his bills in real life. The Smoking Gun reports that Evan Marriott (aka FOX's Joe Millionaire) was busted by the California Highway Patrol on Sept. 25 for toll evasion on an Orange County highway.

So instead of paying a toll somewhere between 50 cents and $2.50, our millionaire wanna-be paid a $104 fine when he pled guilty.
