The Bachelor star Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s 29 bachelorettes who will be competing on Season 22 have been revealed by ABC.

Arie, a 36-year-old pro racing driver and real estate agent dubbed "the kissing bandit" by the network, will look for the woman of his dreams out of 29 selections when The Bachelor's next edition premieres Monday, January 1, 2018 at 8PM ET/PT.

After Season 17 The Bachelor star Sean Lowe, his wife Catherine Giudici and their young son Samuel drop by the Los Angeles mansion to give Arie some advice about dating multiple women at once, Arie will be introduced to the cast of beautiful and accomplished women one by one.

The bachelorettes will include a quirky and cute set decorator who has a thing for taxidermy, death and zombies; a business-savvy Yale graduate; a rock-climbing nanny who combines youthful exuberance with classic charm; a lovely Latin lady who can spice things up in the romance department; and a former model who harbors a huge secret.

Once the limo entrances at the mansion begin, Annaliese Puccini, wearing a mask, teases Arie that he is not the only "kissing bandit."

Maquel Cooper, an adventurous and enterprising bachelorette, drives up in a miniature Formula One race car -- leaving quite a few ladies jealous -- and vivacious Brittany Taylor compliments Arie in Dutch, his second language.

Rebecca "Becca" Kufrin, a sexy brunette, gets Arie down on one knee before the cocktail party even begins, and some of the bachelorettes bring tokens of love for their Bachelor.

Yale graduate Seinne Fleming presents Arie with a pair of elephant cufflinks to encourage him to seek her out, and Tia Booth, a high-spirited southern woman, hands him a little toy wiener as a souvenir of her Arkansas hometown.

But Arie's attention is momentarily captured by the delightful Rebekah "Bekah" Martinez, who drives up in a cherry red '65 convertible Mustang.

The party gets started once Arie steps inside the mansion, and Chelsea Roy wastes no time luring Arie away first for a conversation. TV host Jessica Carroll, whose father once met Arie at a racetrack, believes they're meant to be together.

Stunning Jacqueline Trumbull demands that Arie dig deep and reveal why he hasn't found true love since Emily Maynard's season of The Bachelorette. And Kendall Long, who is obsessed with taxidermy, decides to entertain Arie on her ukulele.

Another self-assured woman, Brittany, dares Arie to race her riding miniature racecars.

Arie gives the coveted First Impression Rose to "a bold beauty," although it was a difficult decision to make, and the premiere episode concludes with the Bachelor narrowing down the field to 21 women, sending eight bachelorettes packing.
