During the first installment of Teen Mom OG's two-part reunion special on Monday night, Maci was joined onstage by Dr. Drew Pinsky and the pair discussed Ryan's alleged drug addiction.

Dr. Drew brought up the footage of Ryan appearing to drive a car while under the influence, and Maci revealed that their son Bentley, 8, felt "concerned" and "confused" about his father's addiction and current treatment, Us Weekly reported.

The former Celebrity Rehab host then addressed the particular footage of Ryan falling asleep at the wheel.

"When I see someone nodding off in the car like that, I think opiates," Dr. Drew reportedly noted, adding that Teen Mom OG producers "would not have let Ryan in the car... They found out only after the fact, just like the rest of us."

Ryan's wife Mackenzie Standifer then joined the pair onstage and confronted Maci about the whole situation.

After announcing things are "looking up" for the troubled dad, Mackenzie proceeded to read an open letter she had written to Maci.

"You had known about his problems since November... He could have died and still you said nothing," Mackenzie told Maci, according to Us.

Mackenzie then reportedly accused Maci of "exploiting Ryan and his addiction on the show" before called her an "enabler." Mackenzie said Maci's behavior "humiliated" Ryan and herself.

"She talks about privacy. Don't sign up to be on a f-cking TV show then," Maci fired back to Mackenzie. "And I didn't exploit you, your husband did."

"You could have easily come to be before talking about it on the show and talked to me about it," Mackenzie argued. "That's exploiting."

"No, it's not," Maci replied before cracking up.

Mackenzie then stormed off the stage.

The segment reportedly ended with Dr. Drew suggesting the two women should get "on the same team" for the sake of Ryan's continued treatment and hopeful recovery.
