Raven Gates' The Bachelor hometown date with Nick Viall really pulled at the heartstrings.

During Monday night's episode, Raven brought Nick home to Hoxie, AR, where she took the Bachelor four-wheeling and the couple played and flirted in the mud. Nick knew a life with the fashion boutique owner would be fun, entertaining and a little bit crazy, and he said their relationship was moving at the fastest pace.

"There's nothing more fun than four-wheeling around and pulling a 'From Here To Eternity' in your local swamp. But please, make sure the water is clean before replicating this activity," Chris Harrison joked in his Yahoo! TV blog.

Raven then brought Nick home and introduced him to her father Wesley, mother Tracy and brother Weston.

"Raven's family is as adorable as can be," Chris Harrison wrote. "This close family had really great news that day and shared it with Nick."

Raven learned that after being diagnosed with lung cancer about 18 months prior, Wes' doctors declared him cancer-free. The black-haired beauty got emotional and said it was special to hear such amazing news with Nick at her side.

"I think it would be inhuman to not shed a tear while watching this hometown," Chris admitted.

Raven proved herself to be a true small-town, genuine girl with a huge heart. She adores her family and puts love above all else in her life.

"I think Raven's relationship with her family, and especially her father, really shows us how she became the person she is," Chris noted in his blog. "Raven only brought home one other man in her life, so introducing Nick to her loved ones was a very big deal."

Raven opened up to her loved ones about how Nick could definitely be "the one" she's been searching for. She was sadly cheated on during her last serious relationship but moved on from that heartbreak.

"Raven told her mother that she never had these feelings for another guy before and she was falling in love with him," Chris noted.

And when Nick got some alone time with Raven's father, the Bachelor received his blessing to potentially propose to Raven.

Wes admitted he didn't expect to like Nick as much as he did and later told the cameras he believed there was a good chance they'd end up together.
