Nicole Richie's film debut "Kids In America" is coming out earlier than planned to avoid competing with Paris Hilton's movie, "Pledge This!"

"Kids" producer Andrew Shaifer had accused Hilton's team of purposefully releasing their film Nov. 4 to bank on the feud between the former friends and stars of "The Simple Life."

Shaifer during the weekend announced Richie's debut will be released Oct. 21, the World Entertainment News Network reported Monday.

The stars of the Fox TV reality show had a highly publicized falling out in January, the details of which were never released publicly. Fox, however, has said since they under contract, both will return for the next installment of their reality show this coming season.
