Kendra Wilkinson has given birth to a baby girl.

"I feel great and I am so happy," Baskett told Us Weekly. The baby is "healthy with all 10 fingers and all 10 toes. [Kendra] is great and did an amazing job."
Wilkinson reportedly underwent a cesarean section at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, cameras filmed some of the hospital time and the footage will presumably air on the third season of Kendra on Top, which is slated to premiere later this year.
Late last night, the 28-year-old former Playboy Playmate tweeted, "This is it guys. It's time. Love you all n tweet to ya again when I can. Xoxoxo." With the addition of numerous baby faces and smilies, it was apparent Wilkinson was going into labor.
Wilkinson confirmed she was expecting another baby in late October.
"Round two. Here we go!! :)" she tweeted at the time.
Wilkinson, who married Baskett, a 31-year-old former NFL player, in June 2009, welcomed their first child in December 2009. The couple's four-year-old son is named Hank Baskett Junior.
Wilkinson decided to quit Splash, ABC's short-lived reality diving competition, during an early April 2013 broadcast due to her overwhelming fear of heights. She had also appeared on an episode of Celebrity Wife Swap.
