The Hills star Lauren "L.C." Conrad isn't shy when it comes to expressing her opinions on her friends' romantic relationships.  Just ask her former fling Jason Wahler, who recently became engaged to college tennis player Katja Decker-Sadowski.

"Lauren wasn't too happy," said Wahler told In Touch Weekly in the magazine's September 17 issue.  "She doesn't like the girl I'm dating.  I don't know why there's tension.  She thinks I have to focus on myself more, and that it's too soon.  I think she's trying to look out and be a good friend."

Wahler proposed to Decker-Sadowski last month at a housewarming party at their new Los Angeles home in-front of a group of friends that included Conrad.

"We're thinking about getting married in a year and a half, two years," Wahler told In Touch.  "We don't have a date set.  We want to be 100%."

While Conrad might not be thrilled at the thought of her ex-beau tying the knot, Wahler said he doesn't think it's because she wants to re-ignite the relationship the two shared throughout high school, which MTV cameras captured on Laguna Beach.

"To be honest, I don't think she wants to get back together," he told In Touch.  "Maybe a while ago, but not anymore."

Conrad and Wahler's relationship ended prior to The Hills' second season, and things went downhill from there for the former Laguna Beach star, who completed a two-month stay at Orange County's Chapman House inpatient rehab facility in lieu of a prison stint following a string of arrests.

"After my arrest, [Conrad] called and we became friends again," Wahler told In Touch, failing to specify which of his several arrests she contacted him after.

Despite not being married to the idea of Wahler's engagement, Conrad will presumably be one of the guests in attendance when he ties the knot with Decker-Sadowski.

However she'll apparently be off the guest list when former BFF Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt get married.  Montag recently stated there is "no thought" of Conrad being invited to her upcoming wedding with Pratt, People reported in its October 1 issue.
