Former The Bachelor bachelorette Courtney Robertson has revealed why things ended so abruptly with Arie Luyendyk Jr. and throws out very unflattering details about Jef Holm in the process.

In early November, Robertson tagged along with Luyendyk Jr. -- as the pair had just started dating -- in Los Angeles to meet up with his good friend Holm, who had previously been engaged to Maynard. Holm and Maynard split right around the same time Robertson had ended her relationship with ex-fiance Ben Flajnik in October 2012.

"Jef and Emily had split up a few weeks ago as well. Emily had not so secretly turned her attention to Arie, bombarding him with jealous texts about his relationship with me. Jef found out about the texts. Jef was furious, but he wasn't so innocent either," Robertson wrote in her upcoming memoir, I Didn't Come Here to Make Friends -- Confessions of a Reality Show Villain Courtney Robertson.

"He may have adhered to his strict Mormon teaching about alcohol, but he certainly didn't abstain from womanizing. The guy was a total player. During the wedding weekend, I know from very reliable sources that he hooked up with three women -- a one-night backslide with former fiancee Emily, over-analyst blogger Jenna Burke from my season, and his new hookup, a 23-year-old named Katianna."

Robertson continued to dump on Holm in the advance copy of her memoir obtained by Reality TV World.

"I knew the guy was shadesville the moment I met him. My intuition was confirmed again when he told me, 'You got a bad rap. Come build a well with me.' He said his People Water charity would do wonders for my reputation. He told me that I could shake a baby and everyone would still love me. Ew, what a cocky bastard," Robertson explained.

"I couldn't deal with this love triangle or quadrangle or whatever I was involved in with Arie, Emily, and Jef."

Robertson apparently wasn't even sure whether Maynard had slept with Luyendyk Jr. during her season's round of overnight fantasy-suite dates.

While Maynard was filming The Bachelorette's eighth season, Robertson said she had "bumped into her and a Bachelor PA in L.A. at the Magic Touch Waxing Salon in Beverly Hills. Emily was about to embark on her overnight dates and apparently needed a little tune-up. This was interesting because on the show she said that she wasn't going to sleep with any of the guys in the Fantasy Suite. She wanted to be a good role model to her daughter."

So when it became time to put her own relationship with Luyendyk Jr. in perspective, Robertson realized the whole ordeal was simply too much for her.

"I wanted out, no part of this incestuous Bachelor drama," the former reality TV star wrote in her memoir. "At the end of the weekend, I told Arie we were done. He was disappointed and asked me to think about it overnight, and then attend the iHeartRadio concert with him the next day."

Robertson quickly changed her mind and regretted her decision, however, it was too late.

"After sleeping on it, I called Arie and told him I'd overreacted and that I'd love to go with him. 'I don't think it's a good idea,' he said. I was surprised and confused, until I checked Instagram later that night. He'd flown in another girl to take to the show and because he just couldn't help it Arie posted pictures of them together," the model explained.

"I clicked on her name and figured out that he was dating this woman, a born-again virgin, the entire time we were together. He'd often seen both of us on the same day. It was all right there on social media, if I'd bothered to check."
