90 Day Fiance viewers will be introduced to seven couples that are going the distance for love when Season 9 premieres on TLC in April.

Like the reality show's prior seasons, Season 9 of 90 Day Fiance will follow Americans who have fallen in love with foreigners as they bring their partners to the United States on K-1 immigration visas and see if their relationship can continue to blossom once the couple actually lives in the same country.

However, the 90 Day Fiance couples will also be on the clock from the moment the foreigner arrived on U.S. soil -- as, per the visa's requirements, they will have to get married within 90 days or the foreigner will have to return to their home country.

90 Day Fiance's ninth season will feature one couple who previously appeared on the franchise's 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way spinoff and six additional new couples.

Ariela Weinberg and Biniyam Shibre are the returning 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way couple.

Ariela, a 30-year-old from Princeton, NJ, and Biniyam, a 31-year-old from Ethiopia, appeared on Seasons 2 and 3 of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way together and have a child named Avi.

During 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way's Season 3 Tell-All which aired on TLC in December 2021, Ariela revealed Biniyam had been approved for a K-1 visa.

The six new couples who will star on Season 9 of 90 Day Fiance are Emily and Kobe, Kara and Guillermo, Bilal and Shaeeda, Jibri and Miona, Yvette and Mohamed, and Patrick and Thais.

The ninth season of 90 Day Fiance will premiere Sunday, April 17 at 8PM ET/PT on TLC.

90 Day Fiance's new season will debut following the conclusion of Season 5 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days, which currently airs on Sunday nights at 8PM ET/PT on TLC.
