Ashley Massaro has survived three years in World Wrestling Entertainment's squared-circle, a tough job that's reportedly readied her to appear as a castaway on Survivor's upcoming fifteenth installment.

The 28-year-old model and wrestler was "suspended indefinitely" by WWE chairman Vince McMahon during last Friday night's broadcast of SmackDown! after accidentally spilling coffee on her boss.  However that's not the whole story, Prowrestling.com reported Monday, claiming Massaro was written out of WWE storylines because she's leaving to be a castaway on Survivor: China, the fifteenth installment of the long-running reality competition series that is scheduled to be part of CBS' 2007-2008 primetime programming lineup.

Following Wrestlemania 23 this past April, Massaro began appearing as a member of WWE Tag Team Champions Paul London and Brian Kendrick's entourage. ProWrestling.com reader Jason Christolo told the website he had "an encounter" with London recently in an airport.  After "chatting for a bit" with the London, Christolo asked how it was working with Massaro, apparently prompting the WWE star to reveal Massaro had been written out of storylines because she was cast for Survivor: China.

The WWE had no comment on the rumors that Massaro --  Playboy's April 2007 covergirl -- would appear on Survivor: China, TMZ.com reported Tuesday.
