90 Day Fiance: The Other Way star Paul Staehle apparently received something even worse than a lump of coal in his stocking this week for Christmas.

Earlier this month, Paul posted the address of a PO Box in Louisville, KY on his Instagram Stories, claiming he and wife Karine Martins had "received a lot of messages asking us for our mailing address."

Given Paul has a prior history of asking his social-media followers for gifts and donations, 90 Day Fiance fans assumed that was also the intention of his new posting -- especially since it came shortly after 90 Day Fiance Season 7 star Robert made his own Instagram post announcing he had created a PO Box so "loving mothers" can send his young son Bryson Christmas gifts.

But one person clearly sent Paul something he didn't want.

On Wednesday, Paul shared a screenshot of an email notifying him a package had been shipped to him from Shit Express, an online business that has received widespread media coverage over the years.

The email from shitexpress.com stated "an anonymous package" would be delivered to Paul's address in 6-9 business days.

"Thanks for using our shitty service!" the email reads. "Cheers, Your Shit Quality Manager."

Paul subsequently wrote in his Instagram Stories, "I was wondering why one of my packages was being held by USPS for an investigation."

"Why would you mail something like this to a federally-owned post office box I am only renting," he continued. "After getting sent the screen shot in the prior post at least my curiosity is resolved."

According to the website that ships feces, they use organic horse poop in their packages and a purchase costs $16.95.

Around this same time last year, Paul asked his social-media followers for Christmas gifts and offered signed photos for any size "donation," according to Starcasm, however some fans criticized he was "asking for handouts."

Paul was apparently trying to ease the financial burden of traveling to Brazil to see his wife while the pair were still living in different countries.

"I want to thank everyone who mailed the gifts and donations for Christmas 4 Karine. Unfortunately @AmericanAirlines has dramatically increased the baggage rate," Paul wrote in his December 2018 Instagram Stories, according to In Touch Weekly.

"Any one willing to contribute towards shipping cost we will mail a thank you family autographed photo when we return."

Paul and Karine, who met online and fell in love in Brazil, married in 2017 and their wedding aired on Season 2 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days on TLC.

Following their stint on 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days, they allowed cameras to film them for a new spinoff, the debut season of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, which wrapped in late October.

The couple just celebrated their second wedding anniversary in early November and have one child together, Pierre Martins Staehle, who was born on March 22, 2019.

A few months after welcoming Pierre into the world, Karine obtained a CR-1 spousal visa and moved to the United States to live with Paul in Kentucky.

Paul and Karine appear to be together and doing just fine although they had openly discussed filing for divorce in November. It wasn't the first -- or even the second time -- Karine had threatened Paul with divorce, however.
