Below is the latest on several 90 Day Fiance couples, according to the tenth episode of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s sixth season.

MIKE AND NATALIE

On the day of Natalie's surgery, Mike said he had no idea where his wife had gone. He said Natalie had some polyps in her nose, which had made it difficult for her to breathe and surgery was the only solution.

Mike told the cameras he had taken some time off from work and planned to take Natalie to Seattle the night before her surgery so she could rest in a nice hotel, but after the pair fought again, Natalie apparently decided to stay at her friend's house instead.

"Natalie has basically ghosted me and she won't answer her phone," Mike said in a confessional. "I don't even know what time she's supposed to be at the hospital. I'm trying to give her everything she needs, support and all that, but it's really tough."

Mike saw his truck in the hospital's parking lot, and so he said he was really upset that he couldn't comfort his wife and be there for her. Mike said Natalie ignoring his calls was "f-cked up, pure and simple."

Since it was clear Natalie didn't want Mike there, he took off in the truck Natalie had driven to her surgery. Mike said if Natalie wanted to leave him out of her plans, "Screw it! Good luck getting back to Sequim."

After driving around for a while, Mike realized leaving Natalie stranded at the hospital wasn't going to solve anything. Mike therefore returned to the hospital to pick Natalie up and be there for her.

Mike then received a phone call and learned Natalie had woken up and was doing fine. About an hour later, he put Natalie in the car and drove her home to Sequim.

Mike said he was relieved the surgery went well. Although Mike was angry and frustrated about how Natalie had acted prior to the procedure, he decided not to give her a hard time.

"I just feel like I can't win with her. I try and try and try, and I'm always two steps behind her," Mike lamented.

Mike boiled some potatoes for Natalie with butter, chive, parmesan and mushrooms, and Natalie was happy to have her husband's support.

Natalie said her marriage was "very hard" because while she and Mike loved each other, they didn't have understanding. Natalie felt she couldn't even trust her husband the night before her surgical procedure.

ELIZABETH AND ANDREI

After an extremely long day of driving in the RV, Elizabeth said her entire family was cranky.

The AirBbB was located on an extremely narrow, one-way street, and so Andrei was freaking out while driving the RV. There was nowhere to park, and Andrei was frustrated Elizabeth hadn't done better research about the parking situation.

Andrei called the situation "absurd" and said no one seemed to understand the difficulty and dangers that came with him driving such a giant vehicle around.

The group decided to drive an extra hour to a hotel when screaming children were inside the RV. The family's plan to tour Washington, D.C. was therefore a total bust.

Elizabeth insisted she had asked the AirBbB host if they could park an RV at his house and the host said "yes." Elizabeth was upset about Andrei's alleged tendency to blame her for everything.

Andrei accused Elizabeth's sisters of trying to sabotage him, and he called the trip "a disaster" already. Andrei allegedly told Elizabeth that she wouldn't be allowed to book arrangements for trips going forward.

After a long trip, Elizabeth's family finally reunited with Chuck's sister and father.

Chuck's sister didn't appreciate Andrei trying to join the family business and increase Chuck's debt. She didn't think Chuck should take on this project, especially after hearing from Elizabeth's disapproving brother Charlie.

Charlie accused Andrei of using Chuck and not trying to work hard and live the American dream.

Charlie and Andrei got into a fight in front of Chuck's relatives, who felt disrespected.

Elizabeth didn't think it was the time or place to talk about Andrei asking her dad for a $100,000 loan. Elizabeth thought Charlie was trying to "sabotage" her husband, and Elizabeth just hoped Andrei could bite his tongue upon meeting more family members the next day.

JOVI AND YARA

Yara said she was so excited about Jovi coming home from work. When Jovi left for work, Mylah was a newborn baby, and when he returned, she was four months old. Yara worried Mylah wouldn't even recognize her dad as a result.

Yara, Jovi and Mylah had a warm reunion at the airport, and Jovi said it felt good and "overwhelming" to be home again with his family.

Mylah had gotten very big, and Jovi admitted it was going to be tough to get used to his new home with Yara outside of the city of New Orleans. Jovi had some unpacking to do as well.

Jovi had been gone for three months and said he couldn't wait to sleep in his own soft, comfortable bed. He also said he missed having his wife do his laundry and cook for him.

Yara told Jovi that their new apartment was near only one restaurant and one bar. Jovi hadn't seen any photos of the apartment, and he didn't seem happy about the location being far from the city.

"Yara did not consider my opinion. She did not consider my preferences. I understand she moved on her own, but of course I want to live where I want to live too!" Jovi complained.

Yara bought the couple a new couch that Jovi didn't find comfortable, and she had also redecorated their bedroom. Jovi thought the apartment looked okay and nice, but he wasn't happy about living "in the middle of the woods, in the middle of nowhere."

Jovi worried about being bored in their new location. He said he was happy to be a father and a husband, but he'd have to get used to living in the suburbs with a bedtime now.

"This isn't the marriage I expected, and I think it's going to be really hard to adapt to everything [Yara] has changed now," Jovi admitted.

TIFFANY AND RONALD

Ronald told his family that he wanted them to feel "as homely" as possible and so they'd be purchasing a Christmas tree and other holiday decorations for his place.

Ronald was trying to do everything possible to convince his family to stay with him in South Africa. Since Tiffany hadn't even decided on staying in South Africa for the holidays, she felt Ronald was trying to bribe her son Daniel in order to get to her.

"If Daniel gets excited about celebrating Christmas in South Africa, then I kind of have to stay so I don't disappoint my son. And it pisses me off that he's doing that! It's just not fair," Tiffany lamented.

Ronald brought Tiffany and the kids to a giant Christmas warehouse shop, and Tiffany wanted to see if Ronald could be responsible with money since he had been short on their grocery bill the previous day.

Ronald said he just wanted to see his kids happy, but the Christmas tree Daniel picked out was $320. Tiffany argued they should keep to a budget and buy a smaller tree, but Ronald was pushing to go all out and spend more.

Daniel picked the big sparkling tree because Ronald had convinced him to, and the family ended up spending almost $700 in the Christmas store.

Ronald put that money on a credit card, and Tiffany predicted he'd have a lot of trouble paying that off. Tiffany determined Ronald's spending habits were not good and he continued to make "stupid decisions."

Tiffany said Ronald's wasteful spending and lack of help with the kids was not going to convince her to stay in South Africa longer. Despite the tension between them, Tiffany wanted Ronald to spend time with their kids, Daniel and Carley, as well as their grandmother Ria.

The family took a trip to a wildlife conservation where there were playful elephants, and Ronald was proud to show off the positive things South Africa had to offer.

Ria told Tiffany that Ronald had his flaws but it seemed like he was helping out with Carley a lot. Tiffany was annoyed because Ronald turned into "super dad" when in front of his mother; she wanted to see that side of him all the time.

Tiffany cried and explained to Ria how she felt extremely confused. Tiffany was still set on returning to America, but Ria tried to convince Tiffany to give Ronald a chance and some time to adapt to hands-on fatherhood in a small period of time.

Ria offered to look after Daniel and Carley for one night so Ronald and Tiffany could have some time alone and get "back to the basics" of their marriage.

Ronald said he was tired of Tiffany complaining and "giving [him] sh-t" about something all the time.

When Tiffany and Ronald enjoyed a nice dinner out at a restaurant, Tiffany told her husband that she needed to see more effort from him -- and Ronald complained Tiffany "always had a problem with something" with her high expectations.

Tiffany complained that she wanted more from Ronald at home, and Ronald felt criticized or judged all the time. Ronald believed Tiffany liked to feel in control and make him feel less than.

"It's because she can't let go of the past," Ronald said, before asking Tiffany not to tell his mother about their problems behind his back.

Tiffany said she needed to be able to talk to Ronald without him shutting her down, but Ronald wanted Tiffany to approach him with their issues instead of confiding in someone else.

With that being said, Ronald left the dinner, and Tiffany said, "You just ruined my night."

KALANI AND ASUELU

Kalani and Asuelu were running on a high after their romantic getaway, and it had been about a month since Asuelu's life-changing car accident. It was time, however, for Asuelu to go back to work and for the pair to spend a little time apart.

Kalani said it wasn't the right time to buy a house because they needed to buy a second car.

Kalani and Asuelu therefore went car shopping for a used car, and Asuelu pushed for an SUV or minivan while Kalani wanted her husband to buy a smaller, cheaper sedan that's good on gas.

Asuelu told the salesman he wanted to get a minivan because he and Kalani would be welcoming another baby in the near future, but Kalani noted another child was not in the plan and they hadn't even discussed expanding their family.

"I want another kid," Asuelu told his wife at the car lot. "[I want] seven. That's not a bad number."

"I'm not having seven freakin' babies. I'm not a rabbit!" Kalani replied, adding that she didn't want her family to be poor and kids are very expensive. "We don't even have our own place. It doesn't make sense."

Kalani said she didn't want to put her body through that and simply didn't want to have another baby.

Once the couple returned home, Asuelu was shown teaching his kids some Samoan dance moves while FaceTiming with Asuelu's mother. Asuelu called his relationship with his mom "complicated" since he and Kalani were no longer sending her money.

Asuelu told his mother that he wants to have more kids, and she seemed to think that's a great idea because some will turn out good and some will turn out bad.

Asuelu has nine siblings and so he said he hoped Kalani would understand that he wants to have a big and strong family. Asuelu's mother said she wanted to visit with him and the kids before Christmas, but Asuelu said he didn't want Tammy to join.

Asuelu and Tammy were apparently not getting along after Tammy suggested he and Kalani should get a divorce. Tammy also put a lot of pressure on Asuelu to send money home to his mother and help support her.

Asuelu said he'd pay for his mother's hotel if she opted to visit but he didn't want Tammy to visit with her bad attitude. Asuelu hoped the visit wouldn't make Kalani mad and worried.

BRANDON AND JULIA

Brandon and Julia had signed a lease for a new apartment in Richmond, VA, and they seemed very excited. Julia said Brandon's mother Betty was sad and angry about the move.

Brandon and Julia planned to move out of Brandon's parents' home in two weeks, and Brandon said he had yet to drop that bomb on his parents, who apparently didn't know the lease had already been signed.

Betty and Brandon's father Ron didn't think Brandon and Julia were prepared for all the expenses of living in their own apartment, but Brandon and Julia were convinced they had found the perfect place.

Betty said the apartment was pretty small and claustrophobic, and Ron agreed there weren't enough windows to look out of and there was no view. Betty was also concerned about her son and daughter-in-law living on the sixth floor with no fire escape.

"We signed the lease," Brandon suddenly revealed. "A couple of weeks [we're moving in]."

Ron felt Brandon was being "manipulated" by Julia on this decision to try to make her happy, and Brandon's parents were upset they had not been involved at all in the decision-making.

Betty said it would've been nice to have more notice, and Brandon admittedly felt a little guilty because he'd be leaving his parents with a whole lot of work to do on the farm.

"Once again, I kind of felt stuck in the middle, that I was forced between choosing to help my parents out or making Julia happy," Brandon confessed.

Brandon acknowledged being on his own would take some getting used to, and Julia said she was excited to start her own American life with her husband.

ANGELA AND MICHAEL

Michael was apparently blowing up Angela and her daughter Skyla's phones, and Angela just said Michael should have been doing that before they broke up. Angela needed Michael's help and support during her recovery, and so she said his effort was too little too late.

Angela said she had decided against divorce but was still not ready to talk to and forgive Michael.

"He's not being the man that I fell in love with. I've had major surgery done, and not to have my partner there really hurt me to my heart. What he's showing me now, not being supportive of me, I never would have married him," Angela confessed.

"I don't need a man... never have," she added.

After days, if not weeks, of no communication, Angela finally FaceTimed Michael. Angela yelled at Michael and wouldn't let him speak, and Michael admitted he was afraid for his marriage.

Angela said Michael had not called her for nine weeks and got away with way too much.

"If you don't have my feelings in your mind at all times, I don't need you. That's why I didn't want a man. But you told me you were going to do this and this... People think I'm crazy [because] of the way I treat you, b-tch, they don't know how you are!" Angela said.

Angela accused Michael of swearing at her back during arguments and calling her "a b-tch," for example. Michael replied, "That's because you deserve it."

Angela said Michael deserved a slap in the mouth, and Michael just laughed at his wife's anger. Angela also accused Michael of making her smoke cigarettes due to the stress in their relationship.

Angela insisted she was ready to move on and find a man who would be willing to take care of her. Angela told a producer that she was not going to "give in" to Michael when being in a long-distance relationship was hard enough already.

Angela wanted an apology from Michael, who continued to stand his ground.

"He doesn't give a f-ck in this moment, and you know what? I don't either!" Angela vented.
