Chelsea Frederick and Ferrara Daum of Naperville said in their lawsuit against the city of Naperville and the producers of the Biography Channel series that they never signed a release allowing the show to depict them in their pajamas, the Chicago Tribune reported Friday.

Mark Scarloto, senior assistant Naperville city attorney, said the city will not have to pay any part of the undisclosed settlement in the suit, which was first filed in October.

"The city is quite pleased the parties could come together in a settlement," Scarloto said.

The lawsuit said Frederick was arrested at her apartment for failure to appear on a traffic warrant. The suit claims an officer at the scene waited for a female officer to arrive with a camera crew before knocking on the door.

Two similar suits against the producers and city are still pending.
