NFL football star Hines Ward and professional partner Kym Johnson topped Dancing with the Stars' judging leaderboard for the third time in five weeks during Monday night's broadcast of the twelfth season's fifth performance show.

Ward and Johnson performed a rumba which received 27 out of 30 possible points from Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli.

Three couples finished tied for second place on the judges' leaderboard with 26 points each: WWE wrestler Chris Jericho and partner Cheryl Burke, Disney Channel star Chelsea Kane and partner Mark Ballas, and rapper Romeo and partner Chelsie Hightower.

Jericho and Burke performed a Viennese waltz, while Kane and Ballas danced a samba and Romeo and Hightower performed a foxtrot.

Actress and former Kirstie Alley's Big Life star Kirstie Alley and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy finished in fifth place on the leaderboard after they performed a foxtrot which received 23 points from the judges.

Three couples finished tied for sixth -- and last -- place on the judges' leaderboard with 22 points each: Kendra and former The Girls Next Door star Kendra Wilkinson and partner Louis van Amstel, actor Ralph Macchio and partner Karina Smirnoff, and supermodel and former A Model Life star Petra Nemcova and partner Dmitry Chaplin.

Wilkinson and van Amstel danced a foxtrot.  Macchio and Smirnoff performed a samba, and Nemcova and Chaplin did a quickstep routine.

The judges' scoring and home viewer votes that were cast after Monday night's performances will now be combined and one of the eight celebrity and professional pairings will be eliminated on Dancing with the Stars' fourth twelfth-season results show on Tuesday night.
