The suit filed by Roaring Entertainment seeks tens of millions of dollars from Cowell and production company FreemantleMedia North America, the Hollywood Reporter said.

The lawsuit claims Roaring Entertainment had already copyrighted and trademarked the reality show, "Million Dollar Idea," which Cowell & Co. have ready to air on ABC, the Reporter said.

Jean Golden and Todd Walker of Roaring say in their lawsuit that not only did the ABC show steal their premise, but also the title, "Million Dollar Idea."
