Rob Kardashian and his fiancee Blac Chyna definitely still plan to tie the knot despite rumors the wedding is off.

"They're getting married! [And] there's a date," revealed lawyer Walter Mosley, who is representing Chyna in her attempt to trademark the name Angela Renee Kardashian against the alleged wishes of the Kardashian sisters, Us Weekly reported.

Mosley added, however, he is "not at liberty" to disclose the exact wedding day.

In a whirlwind romance that began in January 2016, the Rob & Chyna stars got engaged in early April and welcomed their first child together, daughter Dream Renee, last month.

"They are planning on getting married next summer but haven't planned anything else," a source told Us. "They want to work it out with E! for another season of the show first."

Season 1 of Rob & Chyna wrapped in October, but a special featuring the birth of Dream will air December 18 on E!.
