Liberal filmmaker Oliver Stone plans to make a movie about Margaret Thatcher, Britain's conservative prime minister.

Among Stone's many works are a film of shamed President Richard Nixon, John Kenney's assassination and a flattering TV documentary on Fidel Castro.
