Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake's relationship has apparently hit both the wall and the rocks, sources told People magazine.

The couple had been an item for more than three years but came to a mutual agreement to split up.
"There really wasn't a final straw," the source said. "They are just two people who realized they wanted different things in life and were headed in different directions."
People said Saturday its source downplayed past allegations of infidelity on the part of Timberlake.
"There was never any proof," the source said. "When you're in a relationship, you have to choose to believe the person or get out."
