Gwen Stefani is reportedly falling in love with Blake Shelton even though she's trying to play coy with the media.

As of lately, The two The Voice coaches have been hugging and twirling on the set of the reality show and holding hands in public -- proving their more comfortable with PDA. And according to a source, they're "extremely happy" together.

"Many of Gwen's friends love how happy she has been over these past few months, and they believe she found love again," the source told E! News. "The media craze just annoys her because of the way it can affect kids in situations like this, but she has been giving them unconditional love and talking to them."

Stefani split from Gavin Rossdale in August after 13 years of marriage, and now rumors are circulating their relationship ended because she discovered in February the 50-year-old Bush rocker had been cheating on her with their children's nanny Mindy Mann for over three years.

The source said Shelton has actually met Stefani's three sons since they began dating but in a "very natural and healthy" way as to not upset them or make them uncomfortable.

"Gavin and Gwen are not on bad terms," the source elaborated, "she is just ready to move on with her life [and] hasn't spoken to the nanny for sometime. That's a chapter she ended in her life and she is ready to begin her next one."

Stefani, 46, and Shelton met on The Voice and were friends for a while before getting romantically involved. They also reportedly never crossed the friendship barrier until both of their marriages ended around the same time.

Shelton, 39, filed for divorce from country superstar Miranda Lambert in July after four years of marriage and it was quickly finalized. An insider said they split because Lambert refused to start a family with him -- a plan they had previously agreed upon.

"After things ended with both of their relationships they explored some time together. It all happen the way it was supposed to happen," the source explained to E! News, adding that Shelton was just Stefani's "work husband" until lately. "Gwen believes timing is everything."

So will the new couple spend the holidays together?

"It's very likely they will be together for some parts of it but Gwen still wants to have the holidays as normal as possible because of her kids," the source said. "So Gwen may do a more traditional holiday with Gavin when their kids open up the presents, but it's clear to her children they are not with each other in any romantic capacity."

Shelton told TMZ earlier this week his relationship with the No Doubt songstress "is going good" when cornered by a paparazzo.
