A New York federal judge has put his foot down on feuding attorneys in the New York lawsuit filed by a foot fetish Web site against actor Sly Stallone.

The Web site that calls itself Sly is suing the "Rocky" star for $1 million for copyright infringement for his defunct magazine, also called Sly.
Manhattan Federal Judge Richard Casey Friday told attorneys for both sides they have until Tuesday to decide whether Stallone's legal team has to give the plaintiff his home address in California, the New York Daily News reported Saturday.
The attorneys have been arguing over whether the subpoena should have been requested through New York or California courts, the newspaper said.
"It sounds like Mr. Stallone doesn't want to get in the ring again," attorney John Bostany, who represents the Sly Web site, told the Daily News.
