David Hasselhoff to be honored with Comedy Central roast special

Comedy Central says it will roast actor David Hasselhoff in Los Angeles for a special to be aired this summer.

"The Comedy Central Roast of David Hasselhoff" is scheduled for Aug. 15.

"I'm honored that Comedy Central is going to get 'Hoff' on me," Hasselhoff said in a statement Wednesday.
