"It's an amicable settlement," Narain's lawyer, Leodis Matthews, told Tuesday's New York Daily News. "We were able to completely resolve it. The terms are confidential."
The former couple and their attorneys hammered out the agreement Sunday with the help of an arbitrator.
Farrell had filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court seeking to stop Narain and the Internet Commerce Group from selling the tape of the two former lovers having sex.
He was granted a restraining order barring any release of the tape and a trial was scheduled to begin July 21.
The News said the agreement was only between Farrell and Narain and he plans to move ahead with the suit against ICG.
