The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has filed her own petition for sole custody of nine-year-old daughter Mason and six-year-old son Jude just weeks after her estranged husband Kelsey Grammar filed to gain primary custody, People reported.

"She will continue to fight aggressively to keep her kids and keep her kids together," a source close to Camille told People last week.

According to People, Camille's Los Angeles Superior Court documents claim the paperwork Kelsey filed last month was "done in order to create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage" her.

The source said 42-year-old Camille originally didn't want to allow the physical custody battle with the 56-year-old Hollywood actor to get out of hand, but she was left without a choice.

"Kelsey's not been civil. [Camille] has tried to reach out without lawyers on multiple occasions and been rebuffed. [She] would love to have a relationship with Kelsey for the kids' sake," the source explained, adding that Camille's intentions are impossible to achieve when "Kelsey will not communicate with her."

According to TMZ, Camille is claiming Kelsey wants to separate Mason and Jude and only have his son to live with him in New York City.

However, Kelsey's lawyer insisted Camille's claims were false.

"Their statement is inaccurate, as indicated by our papers filed with the court today. Kelsey's priority is to protect both of his children and he will not make further comment, except that their statement is inaccurate," Lance Spiegel told TMZ.
