The live webcast, featuring four live camera feeds, will be available only as a subscription service.
Effective July 10, fans may view the entire three-month broadcast run of BIG BROTHER 3 on the official CBS Big Brother site for a one-time fee of $24.95, or they may choose to subscribe to RealOne SuperPass for $9.95 per month which will now feature the BIG BROTHER 3 season, as well as exclusive RealNetworks' news, sports and entertainment programming.
To view the webcasts, consumers will need the RealOne Player, available for download at www.real.com. RealNetworks now has more than 700,000 paid monthly subscribers to its premium subscription services.
"Last year's launch of this innovative video streaming package surpassed our wildest expectations when more than 50,000 viewers subscribed to the streams, said David Katz, Sr. Vice President, Strategic Planning and Interactive Ventures, CBS. "We look forward to rewarding our loyal online fans with another exciting summer full of HouseGuest hijinks."
To preserve the drama for BIG BROTHER 3 television viewers, CBS may block or delay the webcast for a limited number of real-time events that transpire in the house.
