Jon Gosselin's grandmother was taken to the hospital after she fell in the Jon & Kate Plus 8 family's Wernersville, PA driveway on Saturday.
A Lower Heidelberg police officer told People in a Sunday report that an ambulance and police from the township were dispatched to the Gosselin's home late Saturday afternoon.
"I received a dispatch to go there, an elderly female fell," the officer told People. "She was transported to a local hospital." In addition, the officer could not confirm if 911 was called nor the extent of the woman's injuries, according to People. Gosselin updated fans on his grandmother's status in a Sunday evening Twitter post. "Checked on grandma and she'll be ok," he wrote. "Thanks for the concern! Kids had a good day though, some fun in the pool before it gets too cold." Gosselin had custody of his eight children over the weekend and had invited his relatives over for a "family day."
