UPI News Service, 04/14/2008

Marc Brilleman is charged with false imprisonment after police raided the Apopka home where the "Pauper to Princess" reality show was being made, WKMG-TV, Orlando, Fla., reported Monday. Neighbors said they alerted police amid rumors the eight women were not allowed to leave the home.

"(The women) said their cell phones were taken away from them so they were not able to make any contact with their family or friends. So, they said they were fearful and they were just trying to get out," neighbor Lori Thompson said.

The princess reality show reportedly is based on the premise that eight young women would be made over into princesses while living in a home together.

Jim Johnson of Dream House Productions said the show "was a rated G production." He intends have it aired on a network, WKMG reported.
