Peacock has announced the 23 celebrities who will be competing on Season 5 of The Traitors when the reality competition returns with a new season in 2027.

Peacock has revealed The Traitors' upcoming fifth season will feature a mix of reality TV stars, actors, athletes, comedians, and singers.

Alan Cumming will return to host the Emmy Award-winning series as well as serve as an executive producer.

The celebrities who will compete on The Traitors' new season include Season 28 The Bachelor star Joey Graziadei, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt, and Big Brother winners and The Amazing Race finalists Jag Bains and Taylor Hale.

The contestants will travel to a castle in the Scottish Highlands, where they will work together on missions intended to increase the season's prize fund.

However, several players secretly selected to serve as Traitors will "murder" the Faithful one by one while attempting to avoid being identified and banished at the Roundtable.

If the Faithful eliminate every Traitor before the game ends, the remaining Faithful will split the prize money. But if at least one Traitor reaches the end undetected, the Traitor or Traitors will take the prize instead.

The 2027 edition will mark the franchise's latest celebrity season. NBC recently premiered a spinoff of the Peacock reality series, The Traitors: New Blood, featuring everyday Americans rather than celebrities.

New episodes of The Traitors: New Blood air Thursday nights at 8PM ET/PT on NBC and become available to stream the following day on Peacock.

According to Peacock, the most recent season of The Traitors ended with the show's largest audience to date, with viewership increasing 72 percent compared with the previous season.

The season also ranked as the No. 2 original streaming reality series of 2026 through early September, behind only Peacock's Love Island USA.

The show also received seven Emmy Awards, including "Outstanding Reality Competition Program" and "Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality Competition Program" for Alan.

Peacock previously renewed The Traitors for three additional seasons. All prior seasons are currently available to stream on Peacock.

The Traitors is produced by Studio Lambert. Alan, Stephen Lambert, Mike Cotton, Sam Rees-Jones, Rosie Franks, Tim Harcourt, Jack Burgess, Darrell Olsen serve as executive producers.
