Below is what happened on Episode 15 of 90 Day Fiance's ninth season.

KARA and GUILLERMO

Kara and Guillermo's wedding day had arrived, and Guillermo said he was feeling ready and happy. He anticipated it was going to be a beautiful day.

"I wish I could just pause time for a moment and take it in, but I'm excited to get it going," Kara said.

Guillermo said while he and Kara had problems such as Kara's tendency to control him and drink too much while partying, he felt they could make each other better and build a special and strong relationship.

The couple's reception was going to be held at a German beer hall with space in the back.

Guillermo wished his family could attend the wedding, but he acknowledged that's just life and he was trying to be positive. He knew his family supported him and loved him.

Kara felt like a beautiful movie star once she put her strapless wedding gown on and had her hair curled. Kara and Guillermo had overcome a pandemic, a year-and-a-half, and long distance, but Kara said her future husband was worth all the time and energy.

Once Guillermo stood at the top of the aisle, he was nervous and sweating -- but he had assured Kara in the morning that he didn't have a case of cold feet.

Kara was overcome with emotion when she was about to walk down the aisle because she felt so much love in the room. Guillermo teared up when he saw his bride, and Guillermo called Kara his "dream."

Kara said in her vows that the universe brought Guillermo to her because they're meant to spend their lives together. She felt humbled and thankful for the relationship they had built.

And Guillermo called Kara his "queen" and said she loved her with all of his heart. He promised to love and adore Kara always and achieve their dreams together.

The couple kissed at the altar and celebrated their union. Guillermo said their next step would be having kids, but Guillermo said they could at least practice because he felt ready.

EMILY and KOBE

Things got a little heated during a lunch out with Emily's family and Kobe's friend Temperature, who had insisted the man is the head of the household in any relationship and should take control and make major decisions.

Temperature suggested the couple should move to Columbus because there are millions of Cameroonians living there, but Emily immediately shot down the idea and said "no."

Emily said Temperature was stepping out of line given she was the one who was pregnant and going to marry Kobe, but Temperature pointed out how Emily made the choice without even consulting Kobe about a possible move to Ohio.

Emily said they'd probably sit tight for two years, and Kobe admitted he was tired of fighting with his fiance.

Emily then got upset when she discovered Kobe had told Temperature about his baby on the way. Emily said they had agreed not to tell anyone and so it was a huge violation of their trust.

She couldn't even imagine marrying Kobe in light of the fact he had betrayed her trust.

With only two days left to wed, Emily was worried Kobe wasn't happy in Kansas and so that's something they needed to talk about.

Suddenly, Emily saw on the screen of Kobe's iPad that there were one-bedroom apartments available in Ohio. She immediately got angry and flustered, and she knew it wouldn't make sense for them to live with one bedroom considering they were going to have two kids together.

Emily asked why he was searching for that, and Kobe explained Temperature had sent him a link and he was just innocently checking it out.

Emily said she wouldn't be comfortable moving away from her family since they'd be having a baby, and Emily put her foot down and said they weren't going to move to Ohio.

Emily believed Temperature wanted Kobe to move there -- without his family -- but Kobe insisted to Emily that he'd never leave her behind and she was making "a big deal out of nothing."

Kobe said he was just looking at the bigger picture, thinking he could better provide for his family if his Cameroon friends found him a job in Ohio.

"I feel like I am sacrificing a lot because I have to let go of every decision and everything that I want... for Emily. It's really hard for me. This relationship will never work for me if I'm the only one making compromises," Kobe told the cameras.

Emily really wanted to believe that Kobe was committed to her and their family, but she was afraid of how he viewed gender roles.

She said these weren't the type of conversations they should be having two days before getting married.

BILAL and SHAEEDA

Bilal and Shaeeda's prenuptial agreement was still unsigned, and so Shaeeda asked Bilal's mother Halalah to come over her house so they could have a chat and Shaeeda could receive some advice.

Shaeeda said she didn't feel at peace, but Bilal's mom reasoned how marriage is not perfect. Shaeeda didn't like feeling like she was a suspect in her relationship, and the prenup made Shaeeda feel like Bilal didn't trust her.

Halalah explained how it had taken time for Bilal to open up his heart again because he had been hurt before, and she asked Shaeeda to allow Bilal to lead the household and keep his manhood intact.

Halalah made Shaeeda feel like Bilal was a leader but not a dictator, and she said she had taught her boys to be strong and tender.

Bilal's mom noted how Shaeeda would have opportunities "to lead from behind" and that "being right is not the most important thing."

Shaeeda admitted she was trying to be right and needed to let go of her pride and/or stubbornness, and Halalah comforted her future daughter-in-law, saying that Bilal viewed her as his world and Bilal's love would grow the more he lets his guard down.

Shaeeda realized Bilal might close his heart to her, and she didn't want to be "the demise" of her relationship.

Shaeeda said she needed to learn when to be submissive and when to express herself. Bilal thought that was refreshing, as he thought a marriage is all about understanding and good communication.

Bilal said he was willing to invest in Shaeeda financially and get her business booming in the United States.

When Shaeeda agreed to sign the prenup without demands, Bilal offered to add a line in the prenup about how Shaeeda's income from her yoga business would be all her own. She therefore still felt in control even though Bilal was leading.

Shaeeda also said she'd like to have a child before age 40. Bilal said that may take time, but Shaeeda wanted to see her fiance just as eager to have a child with her. She also wanted to see him put that promise in writing.

"I can agree to that," Bilal noted.

Bilal just had concerns about having a kid too soon considering Shaeeda was still adjusting to being in a new country and their dynamic was still very new together.

PATRICK and THAIS

Thais was missing her father in Brazil, and she confessed that she was undecided about marrying Patrick because they still had some issues to resolve.

With a week to go until their wedding, Patrick apparently planned the couple a trip to Boston, MA, so Thais could meet his older sister Tiffany and his mother Paula, who was battling lung cancer and had less than a year to live.

Patrick had rebuilt a relationship with his mom, who couldn't travel to Orlando for the wedding due to her condition. Patrick wanted to get married in Orlando, FL, because his little brother and sister would be there at the same time on vacation.

But Patrick said he was in "survival mode" because Thais could pack up and leave him at any moment. He feared Thais was going to leave him and return to Brazil, and so he thought a fun trip might help their relationship.

Thais felt a lot of pressure because if she chose to leave Patrick, she may break his family's heart as well.

"I just never imagined our relationship going this way," Patrick told the cameras.

Tiffany later took Thais shopping for a wedding dress. Thais wanted a simple style that would show off her body.

Thais told Tiffany that she loved Patrick's big heart. Thais said she and Patrick had their fair share of problems, and Tiffany said she didn't want to see her brother go through another heartbreak and divorce. Thais just intended to follow her heart, and she found her perfect dress.

Tiffany and Paula feared Thais didn't have the maturity to get married and start a new life in America. Tiffany pointed out how Thais gave her "vague" answers to important questions, and Paula said that she wouldn't let Thais take her future grandchild back to Brazil.

Thais, however, said it would be difficult to raise a child away from her own family in a different country. She didn't feel like she had a voice and that Patrick's loved ones were telling her what to do.

Patrick told Thais that once they got married and paperwork approval, they'd travel to Brazil all the time so Thais could visit her family.

Thais wasn't sure if she wanted to live in the United States long-term, and so the women made Patrick nervous that Thais may eventually leave him and go back to Brazil.

"I don't think they're ready to get married. And I think [Thais] deep down doesn't want to marry Patrick... [She] just doesn't want to make things bad by not doing it," Paula told the cameras.

Paula, who had been married four times, said it seemed like Patrick was taking after her.

YVE and MOHAMED

Mohamed said he and Yve had been fighting about Yve's friends, their wedding, and her fire-starting ceremony, and so Mohamed was worried about the future of his relationship and whether he was going to feel comfortable in his new life.

Mohamed told his family over Zoom how there were a lot of cultural differences, but his mother said he needed to adapt to the new environment he was in and not force or impose their traditions on Yve.

She told Mohamed to let Yve do what she wanted without being grumpy or trying to control her.

Mohamed couldn't believe his mother was completely on Yve's side, and he said he didn't agree with her although he respected his mother's options and experience.

Mohamed's mother assured him that Yve is a nice woman, and so Mohamed realized he must accept Yve for who she is in order to make her happy with him.

However, he still felt uncomfortable and uneasy with how things had been going.

After a few weeks of tension and arguing, Yve wondered if getting married was the right thing. The pair therefore went out to a restaurant together to talk.

Yve said she wanted to feel supported, and Mohamed was ready to compromise to save their love.

Mohamed asked Yve to start over, but she just wanted to know they could get through things together since life is stressful enough.

Yve felt guarded and reluctant, but then Mohamed surprised her with flowers and got down on one knee and proposed marriage.

"Would you marry me?" Mohamed asked.

"Oh my God! Are you serious?!... Babe! Of course I will," Yve replied. "Yes! I love you. You are the love of my life. I can't believe you did this!"

Mohamed slipped an engagement ring on Yve's finger, and she said she felt swept away. Yve said this is exactly how she wanted to feel going into her wedding, just pure love and an upbeat feeling of excitement.

Mohamed then suggested they should have a fire ceremony at the fire pit, and she said she'd like to continue growing together and figuring out their differences.

She thanked him from coming across the world to be with her, and Mohamed also made a wish, asking for happiness and a good future with Yve.

Yve said she had forgiven Mohamed about the two months of stress, and they agreed upon "a new chapter."

JIBRI and MIONA

Jibri had been avoiding his mother since their awkward conversation, and then he and Miona were shown moving out of their parents' house and driving to Joshua Tree, where they planned to get married.

Miona was happy to be on her own with Jibri, and she said, "We are finally starting to live like a normal couple should... We are finally feeling free and I'm definitely counting down the days until the wedding. It's exciting."

Jibri is a mama's boy, but his mother didn't really approve of Miona, who thought distance from Jibri's parents would be a good thing.

Jibri was hoping his parents would pop up and surprise him at the wedding, but it didn't seem like his parents were planning anything.

Jibri promised his parents that they'd be proud of him, but they believed he was acting impulsively.

Mahala said not being able to go to his son's wedding was a painful consequence of Jibri's decisions.

Jibri's parents didn't think his relationship was strong enough for such a serious commitment.
