Below is what happened on Episode 9 of 90 Day Fiance's tenth season.

NIKKI and JUSTIN

Nikki felt like she and Justin were on a roller coaster ride, but she decided to put their arguments behind them and start fresh with a red-wine toast.

After Nikki met Justin's parents, she apparently wanted to have sex. Justin, however, just wanted to sleep after his big fight with Nikki.

Justin eventually came around to the idea of being intimate, and then they did an activity together in which they learned how to bake bread and make homemade butter.

Nikki gushed about her "moment" with Justin the night prior, but she thought it was selfish of him to want to make love to her at that strange time of night.

Justin explained to Nikki that sometimes when she showed her emotions, he got "man vibes" from her. Justin asked Nikki to open the woman part of her and act more like a female.

Justin was seemingly referring to Nikki's temper and energy, but she also said that she needed more from him. Nikki, for example, wanted Justin to post photos of her on social media and brag to the world about how he's an engaged man.

Justin pointed out how he had told his family and friends about Nikki but didn't want to be judged by strangers and friends who weren't that close to him.

"He doesn't put me on social media. That bothers me. I think any woman would be bothered by that," Nikki lamented in a 90 Day Fiance confessional.

In order to make Nikki happy, Justin changed his Instagram profile to "engaged," and the gesture made Nikki extremely happy.

"I will risk a lot for Nikki because I love her. Nikki is who I [have chosen] as my wife. If someone judges me, I will say goodbye to them," Justin explained.

Justin also took Nikki to a wine tasting, where they got a little drunk and had "full energy of love" in the room. The pair laughed and were affectionate with each other, and they were finally having some fun.

The next day, Justin dropped a bombshell on Nikki that he had slept with other women in Moldova. Nikki asked if she had slept with anybody while they were together, but he denied that was the case.

Nikki proceeded to ask if Justin had "f-cked around with" any women behind her back, and he promised her that there was no other woman in his life once they got engaged.

"So before that, you were f-cking other girls?" Nikki asked.

"After the ring, I'm clear," Justin responded.

Nikki realized that when she had applied for the K-1 visa in June, Justin had been sleeping with other women. She was appalled, confused and disgusted.

Nikki claimed she knew all along and that this behavior was "unacceptable."

"I don't know if I want to go through with an engagement at this point," Nikki concluded.

SOPHIE and ROB

Sophie and Rob were on the recovery after a big fight about videos of women Sophie had found on Rob's phone. The pair went bowling with Rob's friends and had fun being competitive with each other.

"He was on Snapchat and he was getting nudes and videos of girls. He was sexting them back and telling them, 'Your ass is so amazing,' and this and that," Sophie told Rob's friends.

One of Rob's friends scolded Rob for only sharing half the story with him, but Rob got very defensive. Rob's friends also let Sophie know that going through her fiance's phone wasn't a healthy thing.

"But if I don't trust him, I'm not going to marry him," Sophie noted.

Rob's friends commended Sophie for sticking it out with Rob despite his betrayal, and then suddenly, Rob realized Sophie wasn't over his mistake and she may never be able to move on from it. Rob questioned if he was a bad friend and a bad partner.

Sophie loved Rob, but her family and friends wanted her to be happy, and her loved ones -- including her friend Maya, was worried about her.

Sophie, however, had a secret of her own. Sophie had yet to inform Rob that she's bisexual. She hoped he'd be accepting and supportive of it, but she really wasn't sure how he was going to react.

"It could be the final thing that breaks us," Sophie noted.

While Sophie and Rob were talking about picking out their wedding bands, Sophie had an anxiety attack.

When Rob ran to Sophie's side and asked her what was wrong, Sophie explained how she had to tell him something -- but it wasn't anything bad. Sophie found that telling Rob her truth was very hard, especially since it was such a personal thing.

Sophie told Rob that she had been loyal to him but is bisexual.

Rob was silent for a minute and appeared a little shocked and disturbed. He put his head in his hand and replied, "I don't even know what to say to that."

SAM and CITRA

Sam, a 30-year-old from Cameron, MO, was sleeping in his car because he was working double shifts stocking items for an online retailer.

"It's definitely not my career choice, but I don't have many options because of my past. Back when I was 15, I got addicted to pain medicine and I stayed addicted to it for quite a few years," Sam explained.

"Being addicted to opiates, it makes you a very cold and numb person, so I never had a real relationship that lasted and it made life really hard."

Sam said it was hard to commit to or focus on anything else -- jobs and women, included -- but he got sober by age 22. Sam said he had relapsed a few times but it was important to stay clean since fiancee was on her way to the United States.

Sam's fiancee was Citra, a 26-year-old from Indonesia whom Sam called the kindest and sweetest person he ever met. They had met three years prior on an online dating app.

Citra had reached out to Sam first, which resulted in the pair flirting and eventual dating. Sam said he was attracted to Citra's butt and she also looked past his previous drug use.

Sam gushed about how Citra believed in him and supported him, and after two years of getting to know one another, he flew to Indonesia to meet Citra face to face.

"It was the best trip of my life. It was surreal," Sam boasted.

"The bond, it built pretty quick. I knew I wanted to propose to her. I didn't have money for a ring, but I got on one knee like a big old dork. When she said yes, I felt like a million-dollar man just on top of the world."

Citra, however, wanted Sam to convert to Islam or else she didn't want to marry him. Citra said if Sam didn't take her religion seriously in America, then she'd move back to Indonesia.

Sam grew up Christian, but he lived with his father, who believed in aliens and no god at all. Sam said he knew adhering to strict traditions and rules was going to be difficult for him -- especially since he wouldn't be allowed to drink alcohol -- but he was ready to do that for Citra.

Citra's father was also concerned about the couple living in the same house prior to marriage since because he didn't want them to have sex. Citra's father expected his daughter to remain a virgin until marriage, and Sam recognized he needed to win over her father.

NICK and DEVIN

Nick and Devin finally arrived in Arkansas, and Nick quickly discovered that he and his fiancee weren't going to have much privacy since she lived with multiple family members.

Nick didn't like that there was no Korean culture in Arkansas, but he maintained a positive attitude and kept a smile on his face.

Devin showed Nick around her neighborhood, and Nick was a little worried about meeting racist people in the area. Nick said that if people subjected him to that, he'd have to come up with a Plan B.

Devin's family then organized a fish fry for Nick. During the meal, Nick told his fiancee, "No wonder you're a piggy. You always eat fast food for lunch."

Devin's relatives were thrown off the by comment, especially because Nick pointed at her belly when he said it.

Devin acted like the nickname didn't bother her, but Nick was asked to speak to his fiancee in a more complimentary manner.

Devin's family wanted to make sure that Nick is a good person and he was going to treat her right.

ASHLEY and MANUEL

Ashley said Manuel didn't appreciate questions that had been asked of him, and so he ran away from a gathering with Ashley's friends.

Ashley's friend Alysia worried that Ashley's relationship wasn't going to get better and that Ashley was in for a rude awakening, and her other friend Solly told the 90 Day Fiance cameras that Manuel's behavior was that of a "man child."

Ashley later sat down with Manuel for a chat and asked him why he always ran away. Manuel didn't apologize and opted to watch a soccer game on his phone, shutting Ashley out. Instead of saying "sorry," he doubled down and was dismissive, and Ashley called him a jerk.

Once the pair calmed down and stopped fighting, Ashley took Manuel out to eat in Rochester for a good American meal of hotdogs and hamburgers. Manuel thought the food was very sweet.

Ashley had already started planning her wedding, and she shared with Manuel how she had found them flights to West Palm Beach, FL, where they had met and could have their wedding.

Manuel thought the flights were expensive, but Ashley said she was okay with going into a little bit of debt for something special that she'd always remember.

Manuel's jaw dropped at the price, and he thought they were spending too much money on silly things. Manuel looked pissed, and Ashley declared how she hated that look on his face.

Manuel apparently wanted to send this money to his family, which made Ashley feel guilty, and she told the cameras that she was doing the best she could.

Ashley later took Manuel to the beach to show him that they could have a nice life together. The couple had a lot of issues they needed to resolve, but they decided to live in the moment and enjoy each other's company.

Manuel explained to Ashley how his family counted on him and he really wanted to help them, and she seemed to understand that. Manuel said he wanted to make sure the people that he left behind were okay and thriving, and the conversation was actually a happy one.

"I really love her and I'm marrying her for love," Manuel insisted to the 90 Day Fiance cameras.
