Trump fired the soap opera and former Leave it to Lamas star after he served as Team Vortex's project manager for the season's seventh task, which required them to make a buzz-worthy viral video promoting Chock Full of Nuts' new single-serve coffees.

Vortex and Team Infinity had to write a script, produce and shoot the action-based commercial using go-pro cameras. Chock Full of Nuts executives judged the teams on creativity, brand messaging and ultimate entertainment value

Author and talk show host Leeza Gibbons stepped up to serve as Infinity's project manager. She worked with Ian Ziering, Kenya Moore, Johnny Damon and Brandi Glanville.

Lorenzo, having a film background, immediately opted to be Vortex's project manager. He led the following team: Geraldo Rivera, Kate Gosselin, Vivica A. Fox, and Sig Hansen.

Once in the boardroom, Lorenzo's group learned the executives thought they highlighted the product well and Geraldo was a star, but they definitely played it safe in that it felt more like a commercial than a viral video. Leeza's group took a big risk with an edgy video but it paid off and certainly had the potential to go viral. However, they lacked on the brand messaging aspect a bit.

Leeza's team ended up winning the task, so she received $40,000 to give to her Leeza's Care Connection charity.

Vivica told Trump he should, once again, fire Kate because some shots didn't make the cut in production due to her inefficiency. Kate argued there was no merit in Vivica's claims and Trump should probably fire Lorenzo because he was responsible for the video's creative direction.

Trump then asked Lorenzo to bring two people back into the boardroom with him. He said he just didn't feel comfortable doing that because he was ultimately in charge. He said he wouldn't feel right about placing blame on other people since he was their leader, everyone felt great about the video they had made, and everyone on his team was a star.

Trump therefore fired Lorenzo for not being willing to duke it out with two of his teammates.
