The "Real World Houses" website reports that it has located and photographed the San Diego house being used by MTV's The Real World San Diego, which started production during August.

The house has a volleyball court and basketball hoop right outside -- apparently within the house's fenced-off perimeter. The cast will apparently also be supplied with their own motorboat (shown docked at their personal dock.) Whether the electric blue exterior color (shown in the pictures on Real World Houses, especially this one) survived Bunim-Murray Productions' pre-show refurbishing remains to be seen.
